Serious protection. Real resilience.

CyberShield: managed security, incident response and business continuity

CyberShield is our integrated cybersecurity platform: a single service covering the entire operational cycle, from continuous monitoring to the restoration of production services after an incident.

It runs on our infrastructure spread between Milan and Gorizia, combining technology, continuous monitoring and managed services into a layered defence.

CyberShield service scope

Modules that combine along an operational path that never changes: prevent, detect, respond, restore.

Managed Detection & Response (SOC)

Continuous monitoring of endpoints, networks and critical services, with event correlation, alerting, triage, investigation and containment. In effect, an extension of your own security function across people, process and technology.

Vulnerability scanning and code review

Finding vulnerabilities across exposed services and applications, prioritised by actual risk and paired with a remediation plan you can realistically follow.

Emergency response

Fast activation the moment an incident occurs — ransomware, malware, DDoS, data loss: containment, evidence collection, communications support and recovery.

Business continuity and disaster recovery

Plans, runbooks and rehearsals that cut downtime and what it costs you, with end-to-end backups and operational procedures that can be verified.

IT/OT and plant protection

An approach built for hybrid IT/OT environments, where PLCs and control systems cannot be treated like ordinary servers: risk visibility, and measures that production can live with.

Compliance and governance support

Getting controls and documentation lined up — policies, evidence, reporting — so that when an audit arrives the proof already exists and is where it should be.

Who it is for

CyberShield was built above all for manufacturing, healthcare and financial organisations: places where an outage or a data leak is not an inconvenience but a loss measured in production hours, delayed care, or regulatory attention.

Co-funded project

CyberShield is co-funded by the European Union and the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia under the FVG ERDF Regional Programme, to strengthen cybersecurity across the region.

Project funding

The project includes a data centre designed for the advanced protection of critical ICT infrastructure, with real-time monitoring, predictive threat analysis, and sustainability and energy-efficiency criteria.

Activation process

Three phases, designed to bring both the risk and the time-to-protection down.

1

Assessment and scope

Asset inventory, business priorities, attack surface, logging, backups, roles and emergency contacts. Before defending anything, we work out what there is to defend.

2

Technical onboarding

Wiring up log sources, detection rules, escalation channels, runbooks and response tests.

3

Running it, and improving it

Continuous monitoring, periodic reporting, tabletop exercises, backup verification, and tuning the controls based on what operations reveal.
